When the gold ore is exposed to the ground, the gold ore will be affected by natural conditions （such as wind and rain）,Then,the gold ore will be weathered and cracked, and the gold will be released from the vein along with the sediment down the water and precipitate in the stone sand. These gold-bearing sediments are deposited at the bottom of the river as gold-bearing layers which are often called Alluvial gold.
 

 

The methods of gold separation from Alluvial gold mainly include gravity separation and flotation. Gravity separation is the main method of gold beneficiation, which uses the difference of specific gravity between gold and other minerals to separate. The flotation rule is suitable for the treatment of fine sand gold, it can effectively extract gold from the sand gold ore containing hydrophobic heavy minerals.
 

 

A) Washing operation. The clay in the sand gold ore is washed away by the gold washing screen for better screening and gravity sorting.

B) Screening operation. Large non-gold gravel is screened to improve gold separation efficiency. The screening operation can remove 30% of the waste rock.

C) Gravity Process. Most of the waste rock is screened to obtain crude gold.

D) Concentration Process. The separation process is one of the essential processes in the ore processing process, its purpose is to further improve the recovery efficiency of gold and other heavy sand minerals, and realize the purpose of comprehensive recovery.
