Quicklime is a very widely used building materials for many industry. As one of the developing countries, Tanzania also have lots of opportunities to start a business of producing quicklime. One Tanzania customer of Hongji choose to start a 50-100TPD quicklime production line in year 2015.

Process:
The smaller output from limestone crushing plant will be used for the production. There is 3.5x3.5x3m hopper built at site for the material initial loading. Through the Vibrating feeder, material will be sent to a higher 2*4m temporary silo for kiln system, by 250x13m elevator.
To protect the environment, as a very respectable customer, he choose use cleaner fuel source in this system. There is a 2.0m double stage gasifier to convert coal to syngas for rotary kiln. During this conversion, the most dust along with coal will be removed.
After the calcination by the 2.1*55m rotary kiln, the quicklime will go to 1.5x15m rotary cooler, then goes to PC600x400 hammer mill for further crushing. The crushed materials will be sent to RT3216 Raymond mill for powder grinding. All fine quicklime will be sent to packing machine to be packed in 25/50kg bags and sell.
