Equipment: Mobile cone crusher, mobile jaw crusher,sand washer, belt conveyors.
Process Flow:
Raw material granite is evenly fed into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing; coarse crushed stone is sent to silo by belt conveyor, and the material is evenly fed to cone crusher by belt conveyor for fine crushing. The finely crushed stone is fed into the circular vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening, in order to meet our needs for fine materials. Unqualified materials will be returned to cone crusher for further crushing. The whole production process can be equipped with dust collector equipment according to environmental protection needs.
