Background:

Hongji has provided a successful 2000t/d copper process plant in Zambia. Process:

The copper ore mining process flow is Hopper-> Crushing and Screening:-> Grinding and Classification-> Flotation-> Concentrate Dewatering.

Feedback:

The original copper grade was 7.0%; copper concentrate grade was 26.5%; copper concentrate production rate was 25.1% and copper recovery rate was 95.0%.
